Appointment Cancellation Policy

In order to accommodate all clients wishing to be seen, our cancellation – reschedule policy is as follows. Please provide a cancellation – rescheduling notice 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked. No show clients will be charged 75% of the service. Unexpected events like illness, work emergencies and travel delays are not exempt from our cancellation policy.

Lateness Policy

We have a 15 minute grace period if clients are running late. If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, we may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment at the full price. More than 15 minutes late will be considered a last minute cancellation and the above fees will apply.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not accept returns on any purchased skincare products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift certificates.  Services rendered can not be refunded. Should you not be satisfied with the service provided within 2 days post service, we are willing to perform an abbreviated service if deemed able.
